1. Worst policy 2. I do not know why they have open IT company like this. 3. No job security 4. Not good projects, not good technologies used, here in Pune you will find leftovers only, bangalore is good. 5. No team work, your own people will be your biggest enemy. 6. It is kind of strange company, I can not properly explain but it is very different than MNC.

- Never feel motivated in this organisation - No job security - They hired for one job profile and assign work which is out of your JD scope - except product knowledge. No other learnings because projects duration is very small - Poor management - Employees in this organisation are seating more than 2 months on bench. - They assign employee in any project. never check his background and his domain knowledge. They just assign in any technology and expect employee should start working like a pro. - They assign short term project with duration 2-3 months only( thats the reason no learning) - If you work in SQL in one project.. next project they ask you to work in shell script, next project- Python, next project C++ and so one. - I believe one personal can not have technical knowledge on multiple languages. They don't even give a time to learn and hands on bcz project deadlines are too shorts. - They never motivate their employees.. they expect a lot in short time. - my overall experience is pathetic - At a time of firing they don't even provide the valid reason behind it - I will not recommend to join this organisation
