      Worst Company for Java Developers

      1. No good java work. The complex part is done by Russian developers and the fixes are thrown on your face. 2. I know so many java developers who never created a single class file after they joining. 3. Learning about product. No Manager, no lead helps you with this as half of them don't know and half of them will be busy in the calls. 4. Manager should devote 30 mins of his time every day to the team under him, not just having day long calls and give show off like they are expert in everything.

      HR needs a lot of improvements

      ......,......,......,......,......,..... They pay salary In some cases work life balance is good.

      Cons

      HR team thinks that they can do lip service to people. They can give fairy tales positive stories to employees on questions asked however do not want to understand real issue. Hence ppl leave. For eg - feedback mechanism is not transparent in here. 2nd thing - HR team also asks employees to give "good reviews on glassdoor" so every good review you see here maynot be truatworthy !

      None I know of, as I did not get an offer

      Cons

      Was interviewed and was an easy experience until the last round. And only after several follow-ups the HR provides some feedback on the process.
