      Good for students, bad for everyone else

      Pros

      * Lots of students, really young crowd * Real possibilities of promotion * Opportunities to travel abroad (not if you in product development) * Good to get used to enterprise software development

      Cons

      * Bureaucracy, like there is no tomorrow. People demanding papers or e-documents for every step, people doing stupid unproductive stuff because "this is our policy" * Tech management is out of contact with reality whatsoever

      Pros

      Repetitive work where you don't need to apply any brains, If you like SQL/PL SQL then good place to work.

      Cons

      Higher management don't care for its employees. The reason is that the work you do is so simple and repetitive that you can be easily replaced by any fresher and full politics are there, Mgmt will not hear to you, Manager Ratings are final. No new technologies are there. They have their own Framework in which you have to do all dabba work.
