1. No development work at all (specially for Java and Database Developer) 2. Fake promise like quarterly appraisal (appraisal happens on yearly basis) 3. Toxic work environment 4.Hire and Fire policy with silly reasons 5. Too much rights has been given to LM. Most of LM are not enough capable for this role. 6. Buttering is more important than your work 7. Despite promises of exciting projects and career growth opportunities during the recruitment process, I have found myself stuck in a monotonous routine, working on projects that lack innovation and challenge. This stagnation in professional growth is demoralizing and has caused many talented individuals to seek opportunities elsewhere.

1. Emerging technology stack 2. Re-assurance of legacy stack and how to bridge with cloud native 3. Multiple BSS components ecosystem in journey of several clients

Cons

1. Huge population of non-efficient directors - who are not good in any streams (Technology/Domain/Process/Practice). 2. Decision making still 'one-way' traffic; it's monopoly of who are not Indians. 3. Awards and rewards has now become a matter of ridicule. Favoritism overrides true effort/innovations.

If you are omniscient, you can join here. Because progressing in any job without a proper KT is next to impossible.

Cons

No proper KT, after joining in only they will assign you a project. Even your line manager will ask you to join calls during your induction time. No proper management of trainings and you have to learn by yourself ( which is quit difficult as no one will guide you what training you should take). I faced 2 escalations within 1st week itself. ( As did not having any understanding what am I doing).
