      1. Customer focus, passion in retaining good talent 2. Good Pay master for talented people 3. Encourages client interaction/client orientation 4. Passion to grow and think differently

      Cons

      1. Little too much stringent on cost control 2. Too much orientation towards only one location and believing in only leadership from that location 3. Reactive approach. Lets fix when it breaks kind of work culture 4. No transparency in policies

      The best company for beginners

      Pros

      There are lots of other benefits but there is one I would like to highlight. NetCracker Tech is the really best company for beginner and inexperienced employees. It provides wide range of opportunities for personal development like trainings, seminars and materials for self-education. And it is encouraged well. Nobody will limit your growth. And for now there are new projects and that is great chance for fast promotion.

      Cons

      Sometimes it takes too much time to get formal promotion. You acts as manager but your formal position is “Senior Developer”. But it doesn’t reflect on salary. It grows quick.

      Pros

      - Impressive business model of the company - Visionary CEO - You can learn and contribute to world class Telecom (BSS/OSS) products - Once you work here you will be hot cake for services companies TCS/TechM/Wipro/Infosys etc because they are System Integrators for NetCracker's products. - Lot of travel to customer sites - Good work culture - No bench..SO always be engaged on project - Salaries are above the industry average - Importantly..if you are willing to run extra mile..then sky is your play ground.

      Cons

      - Might have to work in shifts based on the need...but all facilities will be provided to the employee.
