Pros

- Great Work place - Flexible Hours - Very Decent Pay Package & Rewarding - Breadth of Technological areas - Increased oppurtunities with expanded scope in Telecom Domain - BSS and OSS.

Cons

- Lower oppurtunity on career management - especially after mid level managerial/technical - Lesser focus on creative benefits plan for employees. - Need more broader classification of roles and responsibilities for a global company. - Travel oppurtunities

Pros

- Has the largest and most comprehensive E2E BSS/OSS suite in the market with highest conformance mark with Frameworx (TMF) - Fully focused on solution selling, not on sole product selling - Flat organization which makes all levels achievable, what allow 1:1s with the CEO - A "pay for performance" company - Aggressive sales/pre-sales teams aligned with top management to consistently grow the business - Allows you to drive your career as per your achievements/responsibilities - Invests in marketing If you really want it, you'll have the tools that make you and the company successful!

Cons

- Even though the lack of resources is a “good problem to have”, it generates frustration to our customers who don’t always get what they wish for at their pace and to our employees who are being burned out by the lack of a proper work/life balance - The downside of being a 20 years old start-up flat organization is that the internal processes – especially HR ones – are not agile enough and did not adapt to the growth of its size. The market place today is way fast in attracting our talents to the competition – we lose them and their replacement takes longer than it should
