Business Outlook
Pros
Great atmosphere, terrific team to work with, many interesting and challenging projects, opportunity to visit many different cities and countries. Very good compensation and benefits, but the company expects you to work hard to earn it.
Cons
For some positions career growth options are very limited, seems more like a dead end. Lack of trainings, a lot of "self-training" is required. Difficult to maintain work-life balance, working extra hours or nights/weekends is often required (however to be honest the company is flexible if some personal things need to be done during business hours as well)
