      No Work pressure. One can take care of personal life. No login and logout tracking. No Dress code

      Only problem with the Russian's. They treat us like slaves.

      Pros

      Package is above average. Plenty of opportunity to gain experience and for the right individuals, progression can be achieved. Project level colleagues were generally OK to work with.

      Cons

      Company lacks quality culture, at least with the project I was working on. Software drops incompetently tested which constantly resulted in breakage of functions that were previously working. Development was centralised in Russia / Ukraine and was generally unresponsive to recommendations for improvement. Local / regional management is generally weak and unable to influence outcomes in Russia / Ukraine, where the technology powerbase was situated. Poor understanding of product capabilities aligned with weak contract negotiation and execution resulted in acute customer dissatisfaction and a great deal of unnecessary stress for the project team. Much of the running / changing / extra work was self inflicted due to a combination of weak product, poor processes, weak management and lack of experienced staff.
