Working as a senior recruiter for more than 2 years now. There is pressure to deliver but given freedom to find the best candidate instead of settling on an average one.

Cons

Interview process can sometimes get stretched beyond 1 to 2 weeks even for junior positions.

Pros

Great product set built and enhanced with the right sort of customer experience in mind. Strong focus on sales and a refreshing recognition that a successful sale needs a lot more than just the sales team to set it up and get it over the line. Positive, flexible, and creative attitude and approach is favoured and rewarded. Comparatively flat organisation structure enables individual visibility and skip-level communication. Lots of support provided for rotation in assignments, travel, and on the job learning of new skills. Friendly and potentially rewarding multi-cultural global working environment. The onus is squarely on you as an employee to seize opportunities to shine and take control of your own progression.

Cons

Pretty unique culture is not suited to all tastes; requires a liking for constant (and sometimes seemingly uncontrolled) change plus consistent demonstration of flexibility, positivity, strength and success so as to survive and progress well. Seemingly unstructured career path and progression, flaky performance review process, and lack of focus on professional and technical training is a disappointment and does not enable Netcracker to exploit and maximise the full benefits of the skills and capability at their disposal. Lack of appropriate visibility at all levels of relevant results and strategic goals hampers achievement of true focus on financial targets and supporting company strategy.

Senior who have product knowledge treat young like slaves. Poor Management. No good benefits No specified process for assigning work Most of the time managers judge people Give 1 to 100 ranks to the people and fire the people who fall with in the ranks 90 to 100. No specified reasons. If management don't like they remove them.
