1) Managers are worst. They are surviving in that company. They have huge head weight and psychos 2) Company work culture is very bad 3) People from the company are not team players. They are always have some job insecurity. So their psychology became different

I don't know how some people give this company 5 star.This is is the worst company to join for freshers as well as experienced people.No time management,No project management, seniors are arrogant and passing their works to juniors. Licking is the best way to survive in this company if you can lick very well you can join.NO WORKING HOURS you have to work from morning 9 to night 11 if you are following this time you are good in eyes of management else you are lazy.In 1 year i have never feel mentally peace.The whole management working on hiring and firing process,they will hire you and once their project is over in no time they will fire you no job security.No proper KT during onboarding and expecting from freshers to know every thing. If you are fresher suggestion from my end is don't join this company my friend you will learn nothing and start doubting your skills.Most important partiality is here you will not get your promotion based on your work.I again repeat worst company in entire field don't join if you want to learn work,want to grow,and have family.
