Good if you don't want to learn any further and know how to succumb to your superiors' unreasonable demands and treat them as demigods especially the Russian ones. Bullied and non transparent culture.

Cons

Can't keep saying more, this company manages to earn even after wasting lives of many people. Noone including top brass cares about your progress and whol Indian management acts as a face for Russian tyranny.
