Quarterly Appraisal is a big lie. Indian managers are puppets to Russian managers and whatever they say is right Inspite working hard you would end asking, you haven't been adding value to business when asked for hike.

Micro Management (Or is this exposure to Management...) Toxic Management - Phone would ring at all hours and expected to answer. Organisation is a revolving door of individuals, if you don't "do and give both kidneys" you are removed quickly. I had heard rumours of the behaviour and working ethics, but it was far worse than I anticipated. Hyper Aggressive organisation where the company is unwilling to engage with clients. Damaging your own personal relationships with clients and you end up questioning your own morality. A few "managers" who claim to be VPs in their own head, have accelerated through the company and have no management training.
