      Its like a plan under a tree. Total political and selfish environment.

      Sometimes good bonus and hikes that too irregular.

      Cons

      Politics based environment. A person cannot grow or develop under the their superior team members and Managers. Fake promises and no personal care or support for new joiner, No technical knowledge gain. Flipping their characters or personalities and blaming the innocents. Few managers who has mutli-personalities and target the person for their selfish rewards. Hire and fire without proper reason and formalities, No job security. Use and throw policy.

      There are no best reasons to work here. it is a toxic workculture company.

      Cons

      No hike. Only manager favourite person can get hike. Work life balance is poor. Extremely rude team leads, almost any one who has spent time in netcracker has unprofessional behaviour. In name of development work it is complete operational work. Looks like data entry work. Russian dominance is too much. Toxic workculture.

      No pros coz did not find anything good

      I did not like work culture. You will get to work on very old project and no-one will give you KT about environment and project but you will get work assigned and will chase you to finish it asap. Very bad 😞
