      Good Organization to acquire Telecom Knowledge.

      1. Excellent facilities and Remunerations are also quite good/ competitive. 2. You can get an opportunity to acquire telecom knowledge. 3. Organization is still growing so lot of good initiatives are going. 4. You will get good Business knowledge / Product knowledge over the period.

      Cons

      1. It's completely full paced organization and sometimes it feels engagements are completely off the track & not at all organized. 2. Observed Many CIS members/ Seniors (long-timer) have good knowledge on product but no knowledge sharing over the engagement. 3. Project control is with CIS & have seen many Senior (long-timer) people don't exhibit leadership skills and are biased with new joiners many times. 3. Organization is still growing so lot of realignment is required so in delivery there will not have chaos & newcomers will not suffer. 4. You will not get end-to-end knowledge, will stick to work in silos.
