      Pros

      They pay well at the time of joining. and that’s it.

      Cons

      Poor management, poor decision making, no planning. Ambiguous chaotic work environment. Complacent lethargic non ambitious people are sitting from years on managerial roles with zero leadership skills, proving as disappointment to any one new who joins the company. Because there is no vision,no strong leadership,no proper planning they will over hire and then as soon as slightest ramp down happens, they will fire people. HR is merely a puppet in the hands of business.

      Worst company to work with . 19th Century tech stack false promises about appraisal and tech stack Quarterly Appraisal is myth please do not gets confused with this term No one will care about you once you join this company Who is having best technical knowledge please do not join this company its waste of time and your technical skills Late working hours as you are just slave to them
