I don't know how some of the employees are giving 5 star rating to this organisation. At the time of onboarding they will assign you 6 weeks training on some random module. After you're done with your training they will ask you to give random interview for project onboarding which might not be the same on which you were given training so in short those 6 weeks are wasted. getting into a project is as difficult as getting into an IIT. If lucky you would be onboarded into a project but for such a short term.maximum you will get onboarded for 3 months.Then again same process is repeated. Russians dominate everything.My stay there was a roller coaster.Please avoid joining here if you have worked in a MNC because clearly you won't like working here.

No job security, only one project o2uk, poor management, Indian work here as a puppet of Russians as everything is managed by Russians even HR won’t respond to your queries, after going into the company you have to go through other rounds of interviews if you won’t clear it you will be fired
