This company will never appreciate your hard work and too many blame games are played by managers specially the ICOMS department. Never really get to learn anything new in any such domains. No scope for learning. Higher management is never supportive of your higher education plans. In fact, they will give you warnings if you want to pursue higher education. If we want to complain to HR about all these things we can but the problem is they won't keep it anonymous and this is really very bad policy. I highly won't recommend any of the freshers to start their career from NC as you will be facing a lot of doubt about yourself and your capabilities. Please take my advice seriously and if you get placed in NC for ICOMS or AS400 dept don't even look considering your offer and try for other better companies which treat their employees like an asset not like some unwanted.
