      Exposure towards different telecom technologies Customer interactions Travel opportunity to different customer locations Salary at-par with any product company

      Cons

      India team has no control over customer projects. Russians will be recruiting for every project, with the expectation of working experience in the product even for new joinees! Lack of job security Lack of transparency from senior management. On the outlook its a product company, however the work culture is more like a service company.

      Have to work on old technologies. Indian management is dependent on Russian management for everything. No job security. No process. Join only if you do not have any other offer.
