      Best reason to work with NC: 1) Dynamic working environment . Lots of work but very good reward system. 2) Truly Matrix organization : Company which truly believes on merit and performance , Year of experience is not criteria. 3) Truly agile in nature : Things happens : If something important to be done for employee then it can happen here without any excuse.. 4) Technology foot print is huge.. 5) If someone wants to learn , perform and grow, this is the company. 6) Open culture 7) last but not least very very good pay master.

      Cons

      Sometime agile nature of company toward decision making process causes impact on employee perception negatively. On other hand due to this agility , NC is quick to sense the perception and does course correction as well.
