1.No extra other activities apart from the work. 2.Worst HR policies. 3.No recognition for your work. 4.India managers have become puppets to the Russian management. 5.Delay in promotions. 6.Initially we used to have a feeling of job security but now a days it has become like hire and fire company.

*Job security is uncertain *Senior management is dominated by CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) members i.e. less diversity even though the company has it's offices around 20+ countries and it also feels they are biased. *Managers often spend more than required time on discussions related to the work instead of actually getting the work done. *Very limited options in cafeteria and food quality and taste doesn't get improved even though you complain. *Free Cab service which is available only in normal office working hours. However No home pickup and drop facility.
