      Salary on time HR team is somewhat good My team mates are helpful

      Cons

      Bad work culture Dominating Russians counterpart Manager's don't have guts to challenge the Russians counterparts. You can be fired anytime, without getting any warning(i have seen good performers as well as bad performers getting fired without getting any reason). This is happening a lot currently and every year before giving appraisal letter. Very very late appraisal.

      Sweets are provided to employees before Diwali, friendly and helpful peers (excluding the managers) , good amount of cultural activities and games take place throughout the year, hikes are okay, no issues with taking leaves

      Cons

      Employees are not appreciated for their work, selected employees are appreciated, letting your manager or HR know about your concerns will not make any difference, work is not technically challenging, old technologies used for many projects, everyone prefers to speak in native language
