      "Pay is good, but you will get it only if you keep on buttering up the manager even though you work hard."

      Cons

      "Line managers don't have time for working with the team because they work on projects." No interaction with the team, only focuses on work-related things, and does not care if you are facing any difficulties personally. Upper management hides most of the things from their team; there is almost zero communication about employee wellbeing.
