Mostly support work, Each and every day you have to extend work hours that too for non technical work, No coding work at all. 3. No any facilities provided cab service etc, Company planning to do Work From Office policy for 5 days and 9 hours in Ofc policy 4. No regular hikes or promotion, Nobody knows when you will receive increment (Manager also dont know)

Culture, and collaboration is difficult. No systematic growth cycle. No bonus.
