Sometimes you falling in impression that instead of solid modern IT company it is a gathering of continuously fighting Hun tribes with no common leader, tribal duxes only. No culture or even understanding of internal processes or information sharing within the company - you may suddenly learn about any structural changes from rumors instead from official announcements. Communication between company departments is more typical to sporadic contacts between guerilla bands. Structure and hierarchy of the company is chaotic due to permanent feudal political wars. Eastern European offices has medevial attitude to employees.

Difficult communication in some groups because of culture variety of employees. Inertness in part of new technologies what is leaded by size of company and necessity to produce stable solutions with long terms of development.
