Fairly competitive pay, other than that there really is no pro to this company people only care about themselves and money.

Cons

No one cares for you and it's a very lonely place. Not worth your time. If you are a new grad and not going into sales engineering I would say run for the door. They only care to properly train their sales engineers. This is a cutthroat company and no one will have your back, you will ultimately be dissatisfied with your time at this company. Wasn't there for very long and saw A LOT of people come and go

Flexibility, lot of training material, no hurry to finish the work, you get ample time, lot of processes exist, projects are usually under control

Cons

Too many managers, low pay, not much perks, no bonus, rest of the world employees work for those sitting in midwest, upper management needs a change, too many folks with more than 15 yrs stay sharing out of time rotten ideas and making poor judgements

There seems to be minimal administrative minutia required of employees. Salaries seem to be very competitive. PTO allowances seem very competitive.

Cons

No 401k matching program exists. Icy corporate culture. Minimal communication and planning around corporate wide initiatives such as IT change or HR/Benefits info. Vague organizational structure.
