Pros
Very profitable, growing, invests heavily in sales, marketing, product development. Open culture. Top management is amazingly accessible. Interesting mix of people. Ex-CVG folks who have been working on the same thing for 30 years - very experienced and knowledgeable but risk-averse; and 20-somethings with fire in the belly for whom the sky is the limit. Very bright, hardworking people. Great potential for exposure and learning, since there is so much going on. Better than average paymaster.
Cons
Large company with the soul of a small company - can feel chaotic. You have to rely on your contacts, processes are not effective. Flat org structure - you need to know a lot, need to work really hard, no place to hide. On senior positions in sales / delivery, prove yourself in three months or you'll be out. Recruitment cycle is long due to bottlenecks in the approval process.
