      Interesting projects, business trips around the world, working with smart people in different countries, bonuses

      Cons

      Too much of work, overtimes. Too many students, but not enough of seniors

      Pros

      The people are one of the biggest 'pros' at Netcracker. Hardworking and insanely intelligent employees are found in every office and remote location. I find it inspiring and motivating to be at work every day, with new challenges to stretch my mind and kind supportive people are at every turn. CEO or G&A it is all a mutual respect for a team that is working towards a common success goal.

      Cons

      Honestly, I can't think of anything negative to say. I really enjoy being here.
