      Acts like a start-up in some ways which is great for innovation Freedom to make decisions and are encouraged to have an entrepreneurial mindset Fantastic reputation in the industry

      Cons

      Growth is limited - no formal process. Whatever position you're hired into, you'll be in for a long time.............. Resists anything that costs $ no employee recognition
