      Pros

      Joined the company as a graduate trainee. The company has a very fast paced work environment, but it gives a lot of opportunities to the employees. If you prove yourself, the growth in the organization is guaranteed.

      Cons

      Not much regarding the cons. Very stingy in on site opportunities. On site opportunities are given to the same people over and over again.
