      Pros

      In 1yr of employment with NetCracker , I realized that they encourage employees to grow and learn in the company. They do encourage employees by conducting fun events when the workload is heavy . A lot of different projects in telecom industry. One of the leading OSS and BSS service provider.

      Cons

      No proper training support for some platforms. Huge software systems to support. Specialization in many diverse areas needed.

      A lot of great people who care about their work and clients. Great place to get exposure to global telecomm companies.

      Cons

      Find it tough to get training/assignments to move into new areas/responsibilities.
