Pros

The opportunity to grow as a professional is great. Also the exposure with the clients directly aids in effective career relationship down the lane. Work culture is great.

Cons

Timelines are pretty aggressive, Inter Business Unit transfer are pretty Hard. Domain transfer is also pretty rare, so once you are settled in a technology, it would your bread and butter through out your career at the company.

Flexible hours. Interesting and challenging tasks. Good colleagues (from different countries). Experience from all over the world. Ability to travel abroad.

Cons

Everything depends on your department/manager. Overtimes. Tight deadlines. Pressure. Lack of strategic planning and thought-out management. Lack of transparency in business processes.
