      only positive I can see is potentially good landing spot for a junior developer as an entry level role

      Cons

      No communication synergy- everyday there is a new "big" and "important" and "all in" objective from the top down that contradicts each other. Horrible leadership style- blaming junior employees to save face Sales driven company- should say it all.
