If you want long term or stable employment-don’t join
Pros
Netcracker operates reactively when hiring, so know they operate reactively when firing. The company isn’t stable. People in the company can’t even tell you what the company does. They’re being investigated for fraud and money laundering. Your time here will be wasted on your resume. Don’t take the bait- the only growth you’ll experience is learning to forgive yourself for accepting a position with them in the first place, after your let go, that is.
Cons
Do not join Netcracker. I don’t know one person who works there or worked there that thinks they made a good career move by joining this shell of a company. Don’t fall for the illusion they are “part of NEC,” as that brings with it the idea of stability and credibility. Everyone knows Netcracker is a sham.
