      Certain team's Line Manager and leadership is supportive. Otherwise there is no such pro I got so far.

      Cons

      Forcing employees to come to office 3 days a week whereas it was said 2days WFO at time of joining. On Addition employee has to be in office for 8 hours. They are not providing any cab service and wants employee to be in office. There is no meal coupon or anything from the company, all you have to manage on your own. There is a lot of micro management
