      Pros

      Work life balance, free transportation, good location, short term onsite opportunities in some projects

      Cons

      Culture and language barriers if conterpart team is from Russia/Ukraine. Though they have execllent ,robust,scalable products there is very less of development activity, mostly it is customization on the framework. Lack of knowledge sharing from Russian folks. No annual bonus.

      Interesting projects, business trips around the world, working with smart people in different countries, bonuses

      Cons

      Too much of work, overtimes. Too many students, but not enough of seniors
