      Pros

      Lot of scope for domain specific learning and growth. Company really encourages innovation and working in current industry trends. Professional and dedicated work culture. Good compensation, Health Care and benefits.

      Cons

      Telecom domain is small and product specific which means less opportunity. Work life balance at times could be less stressful.
