      Low salaries and No workshops and mess in internal processes.

      Pros

      Brilliant people, agile environment, able to deliver outstanding results in a flat industry, excellent opportunities to learn, travel and grow.

      Cons

      Pace can be tough for some people, due to the geographically disbursed nature of the company, employees need to be self-starters and driven without having someone "standing over them"

      Culture inside the company not very encouraging for laterals. Very little cooperation from Peers.For Freshers it's OK.
