Pros

There are an abundance of talented employees at NetCracker. The pay and benefits are really good as well.

Cons

Lack of transparency in job expectations and reviews. This was quite possibly the worst place I have worked. I was not treated with respect and was expected be more of a personal assistant than an expert in my job. There were no documented policies and procedures and things were expected and never communicated. I met some great people at this company but overall it was a mistake ever taking the job.

People you work on day-to-day basis are good, lots of work&travel opportunities, great customers, flexible solution delivery model and core product. Good first company

Cons

Technologies used are outdated, limited growth opportunities, salary below average, management decisions are not transparent. Overall cons>pros as far as I can see after more than 8 years.

Free Transport, Good work in terms of technical writing. You get exposure on working on different documentation and projects.

Cons

NO WFH. Company Policies are not at all Flexible, Not employee Friendly. Company Infrastructure is very poor.
