      HR needs a lot of improvements

      ......,......,......,......,......,..... They pay salary In some cases work life balance is good.

      Cons

      HR team thinks that they can do lip service to people. They can give fairy tales positive stories to employees on questions asked however do not want to understand real issue. Hence ppl leave. For eg - feedback mechanism is not transparent in here. 2nd thing - HR team also asks employees to give "good reviews on glassdoor" so every good review you see here maynot be truatworthy !

      It doesn't matter what experience you had in before. If you have great desire to achieve succeed in development, quality assurance or analysis, then NetCracker will be the best springboard for you. A young progressive team and modern approach to management. A variety of courses for technical and personal growth. Language learning. A stable company with the great opportunities for career growth. Offices of the company and projects around the world. Opportunities for business trips. You are in heart of telecom business and always aware of new technologies.

      Cons

      Interesting work is so involves in the process that you can get carried away and forget about rest and personal life. But it's only on own desire.

      Good for career start. Good for young people. A lot of business trips around the world.

      Cons

      Experienced specialists will find it hard to settle. Poor level of mid-management. Style of communications is messy.
