      Pros

      Industry leader in their market. Name brand recognition. They are a global company. They provide you with the IT support you need to work effectively in the office.

      Cons

      Clicky management style makes it difficult to know where you stand. Netcracker has burned bridges with many people with their zero patience style.

      Pros

      Pune is a new office only 1.5 yrs and solely run by Netcraker employees, its still under development in establishing the accounts from Pune. Best thing is work life balance here.

      Cons

      I would say area of improvement instead of cons is that they should have there canteen facility,
