      Pros

      The opportunity to grow as a professional is great. Also the exposure with the clients directly aids in effective career relationship down the lane. Work culture is great.

      Cons

      Timelines are pretty aggressive, Inter Business Unit transfer are pretty Hard. Domain transfer is also pretty rare, so once you are settled in a technology, it would your bread and butter through out your career at the company.
