      Pros

      Netcracker is a very good company for start your career and not only. If you are not passive then you can be on high position. Colleagues can help you in any time and they do it. Netcracker pays good, making good environments for work, you r feel at workplace place like you are at home, very nice feel.Project are very interesting. All the time projects are challenge for you and you get experience very fast

      Cons

      work with not russian guys is so hard because so many cultural differences.

      Pros

      1) Pays good salary at par to the market (At least in India) 2) Good learning by gaining both domain and technology

      Cons

      1) Work culture and processes needs to improve a lot 2) Have to attend interviews before joining any new project. 3) Need to prove yourself quickly and be consistent. Stringent measures will be taken against any negative feedbacks.
