In 1yr of employment with NetCracker , I realized that they encourage employees to grow and learn in the company. They do encourage employees by conducting fun events when the workload is heavy . A lot of different projects in telecom industry. One of the leading OSS and BSS service provider.

Cons

No proper training support for some platforms. Huge software systems to support. Specialization in many diverse areas needed.

Pros

NetCracker has very good policy about flexible time schedule. It's perfect place to work for students and those who just began their career path. NC has many departments and interesting projects from clients around the world. So switching between projects or even departments isn't a problem. And of Business Trips is a great plus for many people.

Cons

Operation within company relies mostly on people interaction, which would be a plus if the internal projects was better documented. And of cause there is salary. You can easily get a better offer in other company.
