      Everybody talks about work. Employee Preferences is Zero. Management Never Cares about employee side. Its their decision, you must follow it.

      Pros

      This is the company that cares about People and which values People as most important asset. You can grow whatever carrier you are able to handle in NetCracker. I am 10+ years with the Company, I have new job and new horisons every 1.5-2 years, it is never boring for those who can learn and deliver the committed.

      Cons

      Your work/life ballance is in your hands. For those who is first time in growing environment, did not have experience in startup or as an independent enterpreneur, it will take some time to learn on how to manage the ballance properly. It took some time for me, too.
