1.>Only few people who are just bootlicking there managers so called LM's are manage to sustain their job as skilled people don't stay because most of the people are lacking technical so that's only option. 2.>No hike , they will push you to work 12-13 hours and at the time of hike will say that they are in loss wow nice trick , there loss never recovered and it will never as they are running this ship with bootlickers i.e. lacking technical 3.>Very few projects they have after hiring they will ask you to give another interview ok not a problem but they are so stupid that they tag a backend dev in frontend project and ask them to appear interview really they are so confused. 4.>Clients don't trust them already lost two clients since i was there. 5.>Indian employees are on least priority they didn't gave hike since 3 years , they micromanage all work and all at the time of hike they just kick people out saying project work almost shrinked so resign else will fire. 6.>Few employees think this is their dad's company literally don't do anything just log unnecessary hours and do lot of zoom meeting and think they are champ.

The managers here are worst, immature they behave like they own you very biased work is also not good. Work environment is very toxic I lost my sleep just after 6 months of working with netcracker and it starts affecting my personal life I left it in just 1 year ( I literally thank god although I am a not believer). I would suggest if you got any offer similar to this even in small company then go for it so that you won't need to change early like in my case and hire and fire policy is very much true in netcracker. People work here in silos not sure what they fear of if they help you understand some things. Lot of cheap politics I mean it is politics is in every office but here it's beyond manageable and it will tear you off mentally.
