My story - due to my marriage I started working from Gurgaon office (this was officially provided flexibility ), I got the approval to do the same on mail as well , but they made this as an excuse to hold my appraisal, my project manager supported me and raised this issue to department head, surprisingly he was fired, I too got scared and I got the offer from outside, they told me not to put the resignation and they will match the offer, as they are hiring from outside, i fell for the same in my stupidity and after 5 months, they did not do anything, every time I went there to ask an update about the same, they started commenting that Java developer role is not worthy of getting hike,
At the end when I resigned, I felt a positive vibe and felt how come I stayed in this hell, how come I became so weak and polite after facing such brutal fraud at every step in this company

1. Operates like a failed and fool Mafia gang
Those who are holding it’s offer, please please for god sake, get a back up offer and go there
Those who only have Netcracker’s offer, revoke your resignation otherwise you will realise you have committed suicide
Netcracker see employees as people to hate and punish in every possible way
