      Nothing much to write here...there's nothing good at all

      Cons

      1.No value for employees....no job security...one can be fired anytime any day even if you give he/she gives their best(especially if someone is a new hire, he/she is at higher risk) 2.Very Bad management and an extremely toxic environment 3.you get zero appreciation even after working for 10-12 hours every day 4.No projects (you can end up working for 10 projects within a year and get no learning/no hike) Anyone reading this review should not even think of joining this company. Sitting Idle would be a far better choice.

      Pros

      Read only negative reviews in glassdoor and those are genuine by actual employees. Only positive I saw was good hike in 2017

      Cons

      They fired many employees in India mainly Bangalore/Pune without any reason. They don't have any projects. Initially they will attract you by paying high salary and you will cry when they fire you in between your career and no outside companies will hire you as NetCracker is not known in India. Think 100times before joining and dont fall for their pay.

      Pros

      Specifically for Pune center, - If you are Lucky, then Onsite opportunity.

      Cons

      - All senior management are from Service company who are very good at micromanagement. - IMportantly, No much projects available in Pune center. Huge strength on bench. - Russian Managers will never respond to yr mail, skype, message. All bossism. - Admin team is always keen for under table income (known for that). - No Designation, role as per experience level. - Managers have changed product company to typical service company. - No quality work available. just configurations to do complex things.
