If you have great desire to achieve succeed in development, quality assurance or analysis, then NetCracker will be the best springboard for you. A young progressive team and modern approach to management. A variety of courses for technical and personal growth. Language learning. A stable company with the great opportunities for career growth. Offices of the company and projects around the world. Opportunities for business trips. You are in heart of telecom business and always aware of new technologies.

      Cons

      Interesting work is so involves in the process that you can get carried away and forget about rest and personal life. But it's only on own desire.

      Industry leader in their market. Name brand recognition. They are a global company. They provide you with the IT support you need to work effectively in the office.

      Cons

      Clicky management style makes it difficult to know where you stand. Netcracker has burned bridges with many people with their zero patience style.
