Pros

Telecommunications experience and solid customers

Cons

Management is completely uninterested in their employees. You do any job or task that is placed in front of you, work 50+ hours a week and management excepts it but does not recognize it. It you don't then you will be let go. US employees are regularly let go since Russian and India employees are preferred.

Pros

Professional growth opportunities, well-organized education and training center Personal development Healthy and friendly corporate environment Adequate average salary Good working conditions Flexible employment strategies

Cons

The everyday activities can be rather challenging and demand acquisition of new skills. To achieve success in NetCracker, one should be really pro-active and motivated. But actually what is cons for one sort of people, is pros for others.

Pros

I first heard about NetCracker in 2008, when my colleague got a job there. Later I heard many good feedbacks about NC educational center based in Sumy State University. The launch of the training center means that the company has the long-term plans in terms of developing IT industry sector in Sumy region. So I have being working for NC since September, 2012. I am taking a position of Technical Solution Support Engineer. As for the advantages, there are many interesting tasks, which comprise development, analysis and customer support. Moreover the company offers regular trainings for self-development. The key strength is progressive management. For example last year a new HR project was implemented to improve career development.

Cons

However there are some problems in Sumy office. One of them is stuff turnover. Other minor problems follow from this.
