      Flexible management policy - a good opportunity to grow your career the way you want. Start-up spirited in good meaning despite quite big number of employees; accessible top management. Strong market player and a holder of Telekom/BSS/OSS expertise knowledge. Worldwide trips are quite often to happen if you will.

      Cons

      Sales are going very well, thus tight timelines and overtimes are not rare cases; it's hard to keep WLB as comfortable as you might want to. You can face arrogance and unprofessional behavior among team members due to a rapid expansion and hiring.

      Relatively large company with travel opportunities. Growing business.

      Cons

      Business trips — only one way to get normal compensation. Little compensation if you prefer deep qualitative product development without business trips. Useless education courses without preparation time. Irregular job schedule, chaotic management and organizational structure. Company hires employees to work from the street (unfiltered staff) and seniors must learn newcomers in free time without any compensation.
